I wonder if your hotmail address is being treated as a spam email. Have you tried another hotmail address as the from address?

Well it's not really a fix, but I think I've lockated the problem and it's well... the most stupid thing ever, really.
There is nothing wrong with the script, but it seems to me that the problem only ...

The counter was messed up, by resetting the counter back to "0" in the database it worked ...

Sounds like your server might be blocked by hotmail. There is nothing that prevents email from being sent to hotmail in Nuke by default.
