OK, I am looking over the nuke_users table, and I happened to have found the pre-migartion nuke_users table and started comparing it to the phpbb_users table. I am curious as to how I would have to bump these up and make it work.

Based on the difference in fields within the two tables, do I need to go through each user's line in the phpbb_users table and ensure there is a value for each field outlined in the nuke_users table? Not sure if that makes sense, but what I am getting at is do I have to "line by line" manually match up the fields to ensure they are accurate?

As you are seeing, doing a conversion like this is a complicated and intricate task. You are missing at least several fields from the latest RavenNuke user table -- user_last_login and user_login_tries I think they are. And there are many differences between your user table which is converted from PHPBB and the nuke one. Some may not cause a problem but others can come back to haunt you at any point.

You can get the Nuke user table structure from the latest release of Ravennuke. Look in the installation directory and the sql directory within that and I think it's rn76_core_pl32.sql. I would post it if I had more time but I don't tonight. You might want to back your current table up and then delete all the fields that aren't in the rn76 table and add in those that are in rn76 but not in yours.

i will post back in just a few with a working update script ..it will be a simple update the users table and then change the name to nuke_users

so back up ur database be4 runnin this script....i cant say this is a FULL phpbb to nuke sql conversion but it will make ur transition of users

forgive me but i cant find a way to do this via phpmyadmin..im thinkin though that a php script can do this with a bit more ease then phpmyadmin...my THEORY is that to make a phpscript designed to pull all the data out of the database...assign variables too that data and the insert it into the new database table.
As I cannot find a way to alter the table structure in how it is made up.

Therfore we need to find a way to "buffer" the information and then insert in into your nuke_users table.
I will be working on this but now it is bedtime.

Still unable to access the phpbb admin section. Looked over some files, but no luck at this point.

Guys,

Not to discredit all the help I have received thus far, as it has been incredible, but would it be easier for me to simply delete everything and re-install?

Furthermore, if I took this step, what tables would I need to convert/rename and import? Or would I simply copy/paste some of the script, such as the actual posts themselves from the phpbb_ table to the nuke_ table?

I have just come to terms that this may eventually lkead to more problems down the road if I don't ensure I have cleaned all the code.
