500 Internal Server Error

I am running NukeSentiel 2.5.0 on a php-nuke 7.5 site patched to chatserv 3.1. I have most of all my blockers writing to the .htaccess file. I keep getting this Internal Server Error when NukeSentinel blocks these kinds of ip's this is what it writes to my .htaccess file

. I clear up the error by deleting the ip from the .htaccess file. It does this with any site that starts with the 1.1 in the ip. Was wondering if anyone else is encountering this problem. Or could suggest a way of correcting NukeSentinel from doing this.
