Ok this might be a first

I just installed the new ravens nuke on a subdirectory of my site for testing I have it all set up install went fine now here is the problem I am having

when I log into the admin section to config the rest of the site I see all of the links in the administration menu but the forum link is not in it at all. I have re uploaded the image to the admin folder but it still will not show so I can not edit the setting for the forum section. I did delete my cookies out of my browser but still no go I am thinking it is a cookie problem being that I used the default settings for the main site cookie. Any thoughts on how I might fix this small problem

It should be in the modules admin area. If its not there, I suspect that you have files missing. Try re-uploading the folder modules/Forums.

That just means there are no rows in that table. To unban, look in the blocked ips table and in your .htaccess file for you IP. What did you do to get banned? If you had followed through completely with the installation your admin user id would be protected. But that implies you are logged in through your admin.php.

You would need to complete your install then take a back up of both your pcnuke and RN tables and schema, then use a compare utility to check the differences.
Someone posted a link to a php script on this site which allowed you to comprare tables and data directly via the browser and do all the changes live but I didn't d/l it at the time and have been unable to find the link since - it looked like a handy piece of kit to have.
