Access Admin Block Weirdness

I had my site linked to a sig in another forum and someone clicked on it and got this:

You have attempted to improperly access the admin area of this site.

All of the following information has been gathered to assist the webmaster should this need to be reported to local or federal law enforcement.

Etc etc

I don't believe other people are having the same problem.

Now, the really weird part is the IP isn't showing up in my table or in htaccess.
What is happening here?

Nevermind. They were using a proxy and I had the proxy blocker on.
