logfile errors relating to nukesentinel.php

Hi,

I am running NukeSentinel 242pl9. Since yesterday my website (orchardcounty.com) has started to run really slow. I contacted the hosting company and they assure me that everything seems OK on their side. They did point out however that I had thousands (20,000+) of daily error in my logs referring to includes/nukesentinel.php. These errors refer to various lines with is file. I'm not saying that NS is the reason for my site running slow because it was running fine a few days ago and I was getting these errors in my log files.

A sample of the errors are as follows:

Are you sure you ftpd all files and made the correct edits??

The mainfile edits should set those undefined variables before it include nukesentinel.php.

The edits MUST be made.

I took your advice re mainfile.php. I downloaded a fresh version of phpnuke 7.6 patched 3.1 and amended it for NukeSentinel using instructions in this thread. http://www.ravenphpscripts.com/posts8592-highlight-mainfile+php.html

This has eliminated the errors. It hasn't sped up the website though. I'll go back to my hosts with that.

np glad I could assist but Ill give you a little well known trade secret(I guess with it being well known, its not a secret Laughing

) Forgive me I've been up all night workin on this server.

Anyway, Ravennuke has been known to run faster then regular nuke and is much more secure IMO.

It would be a problem to convert a 7.6 site to ravennuke and look at the support Wink
