You never know. You might have this link buried somewhere in some block/module. If it is allowed to show by anonymous, that would do it. I've been trying to hunt down a few of these myself, but haven't had the time...

Wonder if its spoofing an Amazon IP, and is actually some type of hacker or harvester. Jakarta Commons is known to be used by them
