Problems with creating a Yahoo! Seach Block

I am trying to create a search engine block with Yahoo! search engine code.

I created a file called block-yahoo.php and saved it in my block folder. When I saved the file and attempted to activate it, my whole site turned white and most of the graphics disappeared. Any suggestions would be great.

I would love to post what I was trying to put in the block, but sentinel keeps blocking me.

You'll need to rename the file or compress it if you want someone to look at the source.

Or, you could post the code here inside a [code] tag.
