All users are banned from the site

Ok I have a good one here I think. I have been running Ravens Distro 2.02 for a few weeks now. Went away yesterday came back today and now it seems that everyone is banned from the website.

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Now I checked the Nuke_nsnst_blocked_ips and there is nothing in there, I also checked the .htaccess file nothing there either uploaded a fresh copy from the distro just to be sure and same deal.

Anyone have any idea what happened here? I cant seem to find what would cause everyone to be blocked.

Looks like its working to me. A 403 error is something on the server side, not a function of Nuke Sentinel. Here is a better definition of it I found on Google.
