2.4.2pl5 NS Suddenly Banning Admin

Installed and began setting up site with NS 2.4.2pl5. Added blocks and several News Stories no problem.

All of a sudden, in the Admin CP, select NEWS and, viola! I get banned.

Log in via another IP, clear the IP block and now admin access presents the NS login (using CGI Auth) and then presents the Nuke login. Login with NS Admin and then Nuke Admin and get to the Admin CP...select anything in Admin CP and...you guessed it...banned!

A thread below that looks similar states to upgrade to 2.5.0 (or now 2.5.1). If this is the answer, where is the 2.4.x to 2.5.x upgrade download? And I hope this is not the only answer.

You can download the upgrade from http://www.nukescripts.net/

Additional security is added by the upgrade, so it is recommended.
