main links and forum links redirect to My Account Module

Good Day,

I have recenlty downgraded a fantsitico phpnuke 7.8 site to 7.6 and uploaded RavenNuke 7.6 2.02.02.

I had alot of problems during the ftp process and I had to reload alot of the files to get it working.

Everything seems to work except that when I click on Private Messages, or on certain of the forum topics or when I try to post in certain of the forums I get redirected back to the My Account Profile.

Examples:

http://crak.afrihost.com - Click on Private Messages

http://crak.afrihost.com/modules.php?name=Forums - Click on General Discussion.

http://crak.afrihost.com/modules.php?name=Forums - Click on The Crak House

I found a post which mentioned that either the mainfile.php or module.php could be causing the problem so I re-uploaded these two files from the Raven Nuke files but I still have this problem.

Any ideas?

turn error report in your config.php on...and see if it shows any error..
for me ,the 2 forums you mention are gone,not there,disapeared...

Sorry forgot to mention that I'm using phpBB 2.0.15 if that makes any difference, I'm busy upgrading now to the latest version just in case.

upgrade first and see if it shows errors

That's a bit strange. In the Forum admin panel it used to show me that I was using BBtoNuke 2.0.15 now it just shows me phpBB 2.0.15.

Should I still use the BBtoNuke upgrade files or should I use the phpbb upgrade files?

I have $display_errors = true; in my config.php file.

and dont forget to run the upgrade php file every time !

Ok, I upgrade to the latest version but I still get the same error

When I click on Private Message, The address bar displays http://crak.afrihost.com/modules.php?name=Your_Account&redirect=privmsg&folder=inbox

THe same thing for the forum:

http://crak.afrihost.com/modules.php?name=Your_Account&redirect=viewforum&f=3&start=0

Thanks to hitwalker for the help.

It turns out that my account and also the test account which I gave to hitwalker both had user_active set to 0 in the mysql database.

Once this was fixed the forum came up.
