Looking to merge two modules

Looking to hire a knowledgable programmer to do some modifications on my website. I am looking to merge the encyclopedia module with my photo gallery or simply make the encyclopedia have the ability to display pictures within it. Also looking to make the colors of the photo module (if encyclopedia cannot be modded to display photos) to have the colors modded to be more of a direct reflection of the website's color.
