prevent non-members to vote on news articles???? How To?

What do I need to add or remove to prevent unregistered users to vote for news articles?

I have searched everywhere and have only found the following:

???? I have someone hacking the site by posting negative votes on articles daily.

Maybe try changing your "Allow Anonymous to Post?" to "No" in the Admin Control Panel --> Preferences to not allow Comments for unregistered users.

That is the only on-line setting that I can think of.

This hack will stop unregistered users from adding a vote. However it won't give them any special notice or anything... its a quicky
