Changing layout of News Module.

I have this as my current News layout:

www.5thdown.com

This just has the topic icon listed centered on the left.

I want this one as my layout:

www.ps2onlineleagues.com

This one has the topic icon listed in the top right hand corner, and a place to put comments.

How do I go about doing this?

Also...

Is there a way to change it to where you have two blocks of news going down the center? Or is all of this just with certain themes?

You would have to change the theme's article format to match. Usually this is in a seperate storyhome.html file but may be in the theme.php code

Two column news is supported in NSN News I believe

Can I copy that file (storyhome.html) over from one site to another, if it is in it? I own both.

You can try, if it doesn't reference any specific image paths, it should work fine
