I'm using Who's Online Scroling block ver 2.3 for PHP-Nuke 6.6 -> 7.6 with 2.9+ By: NukeWorks (nukeworks.biz) on a clean install of PHPNuke 7.9 This was working perfectly until yesterday when I installed NukeSentinel_2502_70-79.tar . The Sentinel control panel says my version is NukeSentinel(tm) 2.5.01 which agrees with Raven's Toolbox.

As soon as the install was completed I checked Sentinel and it is working perfectly. However, the Who's online is not showing any active registered user and is, instead, showing all users as guests unless they login, logout and log in again. Additionally, I have the Advanced Forums block that shows the last 20 forum posts and the 5 most frequent message posters. The message posters has disappeared completely although the most recent posts is still working. This details for this block are Advanced Forums block to show latest posts and top posters. Any ideas on how to correct this OR is there another Who's online block that will work with the install I've described above.

I've never heard of this one. I'd suggest doing 2 things if you haven't already.

#1 - Even though NukeSentinel(tm) (NS) is working, some of the edits are only used in particular situations. Review your installation instructions and make sure that you have made all the correct modifications to the core code.

#2 - Assuming #1 does not fix it, remove NS completely and start over again.

I've actually gone to the trouble of deleting everything regarding the web site from the server and deleting all tables from the database. Fresh Starts "r" Us. Reinstalled phpnuke. Installed the Who's Online block mentioned above (it also uses a couple tables in the database). Working so far.

Now comes Sentinel. Clean install. I've installed Sentinel on nearly 2 dozen web sites so I'm pretty confident that I do it correctly but this time I went through the install word by word. Same result.

One more odd thing. I wondered if perhaps phpnuke 7.9 was just not compatible with these two blocks. So, I downloaded RavenNuke76_v2.02.02_FULL , created a whole new web site from scratch with a fresh and different database. The blocks work fine BUT the entire right hand column of the web site has disappeared with the theme I use (not one of the prepackaged that come with rwsRavenNuke76_v2.02.02_FULL).

So, I'm still looking for a solution and welcome any help or ideas when you get a chance.

Missing right hand blocks is a theme/patch issue. That is to say, the theme is an old one.
Search the forums for missing right blocks and you'll find many posts about this but all have the same easy fix Smile
