What would cause a PM not to go through? I recently checked the logs on my site and noticed someone sent me a PM, but I never got it.
I tried to reproduce the problem, but all my test PM's went through and were received right.
Is it just a fluke or something I need to look into?

Sometimes, the sql server will go down temporarily and the query will attempt to run, but instead of putting something into the database, It just dies. This is a likely but not definatley the cause.

If all goes well with other pms, Id sudjest you let that issue rest.
