New installation and "...invalid ip" error

Hi
I just installed PHP-Nuke 8.0.3.3 Special Edition from PHP-Nuke Indonesia.

But I allways get this: "You have attempted to access this site with an invalid IP."

How can I get this to work ? I can't login as admin or even see the "front"-page.

It's not a localhost (127.0.0.1) installation.

not to mention that there are already threads here which discuss this. Try searching on "Invalid IP" here in the forums.
