Raven's policy is to take personal issues offline. I understand the desire to publicize your position, and you are welcome to do that elsewhere. We welcome debate on issues of interest the community, but unfortunately this contains personal attacks.

I have reviewed this and I have to say, in spite of the some of the content, it is very well written and articulated. It is obvious that there has been hurt and disappointment and something has gone very wrong, in your opinion. I do not know of the issues nor do I know the staff, afaik. I still need to read all the background and understand the issues before determining what to do. If this letter was not so well written I would probably just move it from public view, but I feel it merits further investigation.
