Hi!

Some of users are having problems to get to the my site. They are blocked with "You are using an Invalid IP to access this site!" -information.

I have checked "Display Blocked IP's" and ".htaccess" but there are not mentioned those IP's. I also checked blocked IP ranges but it's empty (There are currently no IP ranges in the database).

All those blocked IP's starts with 89.166.xxx.xxx or 89.236.xxx.xxx.

Where/how should I continue searching the problem? I'm using latest RavenNuke version.

This has been covered many times - the forum search facility is your friend Smile
Make sure you load all the ICANN Reserved ranges in Sentinel then if that doesn't fix it, you will need to install ALL the IP2C data.
I beleive this issue was fixed in Sentinel 2.5.2

I have been searching for a while now.. where do we actually get this Data from?

Import Data -> Import to IP2Country
You must have all the data in the /import folder

Yeah I do. I was aksing where to get the updated IP to Country files. I found it and just downloaded the latest. We shall see if it helps.
