If this is a new installation I would download the latest version of RavenNuke (2.02.02).

At what point are you getting this error?

Hey, this is Keanu.

Basicly, all I did was upload all the files for Jack.. When It came to installation. It was completly different from the way I did it.. And the problem is, due to my memory loss. I can't remember how I did it. /swt

All im thinking thats wrong is that.. the prefix is wrong.

Quote:

$prefix = "_nuke";
$user_prefix = "_nuke";

The database name is jack2006_nuke..

When I go to install it, I click "Start Import" then I get this message:

Quote:

Processing file: ravennuke_ip2country_4.sql.tar.gz

Starting at the line: 1

Error at the line 5: INSERT INTO `nuke_nsnst_ip2country` VALUES (3645763940, 3645763941, 1109653200, 'de', 'Germany');

Query: INSERT INTO `nuke_nsnst_ip2country` VALUES (3645763940, 3645763941, 1109653200, 'de', 'Germany');

MySQL: Table 'jack2006_nuke.nuke_nsnst_ip2country' doesn't exist

Stopped on error

Start from the beginning (DROP the old tables before restarting if reloading)

/swt And really. I don't know what to do...

Well unless your intending to install more than one installation in the same database then I would leave the prefix as the default.

Double check your config settings and make sure they match your database settings.

They should do. I mean, I copyed and pasted them. /swt

As for the prefix.. Well is that not the problem?

RN 2.02.02 should be very easy to install, which is why I think it's a config problem.

OK guys I've had a look at the config file and can't see anything out of the ordinary, apart from the $prefix is shown as '_nuke', not sure if this due to using the older version of RN.

I assuming all the DB details match what they should.

The only other thing I can think of is there's a problem on the server.

I would definately recommend downloading the latest version of RN and try that.

I seem to recall there being a script somewhere which you can upload and check your DB is working, that could rule out a problem with Nuke.

Does anyone else here have any ideas? Hitwalker, Guardian, Montego, Raven, etc?

OK, how far did you get? Did you get through the whole installation?

Are you using the latest version of RN?

You can also turn on error reporting in the config file, so you should then get an error instead of a blank screen.

Did you upload the fisubice theme? If you didn't, you'll get a blank screen because the default config is looking for that theme.
