block disapearing

how come when i click forums my modules (navigation) and all right blocks disapear, is there anyway i can edit the code to have them stay. Same with the content pages, all the right blocks disapear, is there a code snippet that does that and how do i edit it so they stay?

this theme is an edited v2_clanspy, all graphix arent complete yet, but i liked the format of the theme.
