Hello All

I hope I have put this question in the correct place.

I have a problem with my site in that users that register, only stay registered for about two weeks or so then they get a message saying >

You have been blocked from entering this site.
You have attempted an unknown attack on this site.
All of the following information has been gathered to assist the webmaster should this need to be reported to local or federal law enforcement.
If you think this is a mistake you can contact the site webmaster at admin(at)holidaycorfu(dot)org.
Be SURE to include the following information in any email!

User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; FunWebProducts; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; ZangoToolbar 4.8.3)
Query String:
GET String:
POST String:
Referer: none
Request Method: GET
Remote Address: **.***.***.***
Client IP: none
Forwarded For: none
Date Blocked: __TIMEDATE__
Block expires: __DATEEXPIRES__


I'm useing 7.6 phpnuke and sentinal latest installed

Is there some way of stopping this???

Looks like an issue with the user agent in NukeSentinel. FunWebProducts (and maybe Zango) is a bad one. Are you posting IP addresses?

I have NukeSentinel(tm) 2.5.04,, where can I find the "User Agent"
I did look in the administration panel but could not find the user agent?

Where also can I find the correct settings??

I am very new to all this as you can probably guess

Check the Harvester settings. I need to play around with this myself, but that might be the problem.

In NukeSentinel 2.5+, you can block user agents from the Display Tracked User Agents page. These blocks appear in the Blocker Configuration, Harvester Blocker Settings. I think you can delete blocked user agents from harvester list at the bottom.

I looked in the "harvester settings" but could not find "User Agents" anywhere within??

And to add insult to Injury when I loaded my site in IE guess what I got the same message as above. >>

Also there are No ip's listed in Sent or on the site that have been banned??
