Have Ravenscript 7.6 2.0.2.0

Website: http://ultimateserveradmins.com

I have made two threads in the forums, Executive Admin and Senior & Executive Admin. Under Group Permissions I have everyone one below senior admin set as not Moderator for these two threads and under Simple Permissions Disallowed Access is chosen on both threads.

I did look back under the General Configuration, and under the, Enable account activation, I have None selected, the other choices are User and Admin. This is correct is it not, this way only the webmaster can activate an account.

I do not know what else to change to make these two threads private. Under the Forums Permissions Control Both threads are set to Private in all Boxes. What else is it that I need to do to be able to make these threads private.

You say thread but you do mean forum or category? And you did create groups for your different admin users?

Yea you cannot make threads private, but forums you can make private by setting their permissions to Private (or Private [Hidden])

For account activation, you will need to get the Approve Membership mod

Ok I finally figured it out, The Groups were not setup properly. Once I finished this the forum was private. I guess that I never really understood how to set them up. They were setup in the PHPBB not in the Edit Group Function. Once I deleted the ones in PHPBB and added them again with Edit Group it all works. Thanks for the input, as I have said before I have very little PHP Nuke experience, so I just have to feel my way thru till I understand it.
