OMG NEED HELP!!!

Ok guys, im in desperate need of help.

I think I screwed something up. I posted about how when I went to upgrade it didnt give me an option to upgrade from 2.5.0 to 2.5.5, but only 2.5.0, to 2.5.1 and so on. . . I did that and when I went to import the latest IP2Country I downloaded the latest then I upload the .data files to import like it said, then click import and selected the first country and it started going the refreshing. I accidentally thought that i would have to do every country so I started down the list. Somewhere in there I think I accidentally clicked Import blocked ip ranges or something, and then i was banned from the site. I went into phpmyadmin and deleted the blocked ip ranges table, but I dropped the table completely. I then re ran the installer, but noticed I only had 6 tables in the sentinel db structure menu. I ran the installer again to do the upgraded, did them one by one, and still got the same alter table errors......and now I get a 403 forbiddon error when I try to access the site......

What in gods name did I do, and how can i fix it lol.

Do you have a backup?

i did backup my entire sql before I ran the update.........but my site backup itself was deleted. I did a full backup, but it was 5 gigs.

Just delete all the NS tables and run it as a first time install. Should put all tables back as they should be.

Done. Ok, now im having another issue. I have a main center block on our site that displays info being pulled from other seperate vWar blocks. Any idea on what made the block stop working?
