How do I switch to using Numerical Secure Login after I have had nuke 7.6 installed with patch 3.1 and been running it without the secured numerical log in ?
Is there something I need to add to my site? I tried enabling it last night but it wouldn't work. (?)
If anyone gets what I am trying to say here , Help me please |

If I understand you correctly, you just set the config.php setting $gfx_chk to 1 of these 7 values:
$gfx_chk: Set the graphic security code on every login screen,
You need to have GD extension installed:
0: No check
1: Administrators login only
2: Users login only
3: New users registration only
4: Both, users login and new users registration only
5: Administrators and users login only
6: Administrators and new users registration only
7: Everywhere on all login options (Admins and Users) |

Place in a php file and execute it.
By the time you have opened your editor, created the file and uploaded it, you may find it quicker to just alter the config.php as Raven suggested - if you dont see the security image it is either not readable or GD is not installed. |

Hey guess what I GOT IT EUREKA lol
All I had to do was go into the config.php file and change the gfx number to the one I wanted instead of 0

Thanks Raven. I know as I was referred to your forum by a friend to help me learn. Unfortunately after scouring the 7.6 Nuke Forums I cannot find anything to cover the situation I am in |

Well, I am not Raven, wouldn't even come close to that living legend! If you cannot find your answer, do not hesitate to post in whatever forum seems to be closest. Again, welcome! |
