And now one of the AOL guys reports he can get back in. So what do you think was happening? They were providing blank IP addresses? |

Since AOL is a proxy its possible that they do not show a client IP address. |

The users who were getting access denied at my site are all back in. And now that I have IP tracking on, their IP is indeed showing up as "none" in the tracked IP logs. |

yeah, I almost wonder if these desktop "anonymizer" type programs aren't becoming more and more prevalent in usage today too. BTW, AOL has always been a problem... especially with the Proxy blocker. |

I just noticed that a new version of Sentinel has been released, but it's not clear whether this provides a fix for this problem.
Can someone confirm if this is the case, or if after applying the update we will still need to apply the above fixes? |
