Have 7.6 chat serve patch 3.2

I am having several people with the same problem. They get the message that you are using an Invalid IP to access this website. They have reset there routers, one even got a new IP from there service provider, no help. One of the people that I know I even went in Sentential and excluded their IP, same result. Anyone have an Idea what can be causing this.

This has been addressed many times in the forums. Please do a search on invalid ip. Thanks.

I have looked for the file referenced, but can not find it. I find the file in my distro, but when I look at the site I cant find it there. Can you direct me to the correct folder to find it in.

sas127, Raven was referring to you using the search feature of the forums here for that phrase as this has been addressed many times over.
