logging out doesn't work until cookie deleted

We have been nuked out of our own site because when we thought we were logged out we really weren't. Nuke is holding onto the login and keeps it active not only with admins but with users. Is there something not set right?

I'm not sure that Nuke is holding onto the login it is more than likely your browser. I have also experienced a similar problem when accessing my sites from work because the server caches the pages and usually refreshing the page sorts the problem.
