getting admin message back

Hi there when i installed RN which is great. I accidentaly deleted the admin message that always appears at the top of the hom epage how do I get that back I have checked the admin panel and cant find it.

that is called messages and you find that when you go to your admin panel.
look for button messages
click on it and then you will see the area where you can enter your message.,
