Whats the text of the message ?
Is this a new installation ? Is the forums module activated ?
What about the forums administration ? Are new forums and categories created ?

i activate the forums
and created categories and forums
and yes, its new clean installation

Did you checked all your settings and uploaded files ?
If it still doesn´t show more I need admin log in.

I had same issue, have also had this issue when i have logged into this site.

For me, a simple deletion of the cookie and then log back in resolved the problem.
