whats the best way to convert phpbb template to work with with RNnuke forums?

It really depends on the template, if it uses a standard layout and just different colors and graphics it is a pretty simple thing, if it uses a non-standard layout then it will be more involved. Can you post a link to the template so I can see it?

I got it all figured out today. All I had to do was change file names in themes/themename/forums and paths for all images.
