Adding news or commenting doesn't work

Ok when i wanna add news in the comment box there is no box to type stuff i have reinstalled nuke couple times still the same thing I even replaced the fix file i got from here i still dont see the box where i could type in anything it just doesn't work

can you explain it a bit more in details please....
installing nuke a few times ending up with the same errors kinda gives me the idea your doing something wrong somewhere...

Are you talking about the FCK editor? Do you have javascript enabled in your browser?

Do you have the includes/FCKeditor directory?
