Request for php nuke module Price Quote

Heres what i need:-

Must be programmed in Php (Compatable with PHP version 5.2.1) and Mysql(Compatable with 5.0.27-standard),
Preferably a module for Php Nuke 7.6+

An item database for a MMORPG game. It needs to look, function almost exactly like:

Registered users (Php Nuke) need to be able to submit corrections like in the website above-corrections need to be validated by admin.

additionally for the market price field, registered users must be able to post market price (does not need to be validated by admin) last 5 price posts must be displayed. An average of price posts during the last 24 hours must be displayed.

a graph showing price of item through time must also be shwon for each item like
