a couple of my users have upgraded thier internet speed, now when they try to access my website they get this message

You have been blocked from entering this site.

You have attempted an unknown attack on this site.

i cant see thier ip addresses in sentinel that are being blocked, what can it be

If you don't have a current version of Nuke Sentinel, it might be an IP address that was formerly part of the IANA range (or not recognized by NS). You may need to upgrade and / or disable invalid IP blocking.

have done both but still the same, how do i disable invalid IP blocking?

If I remember rightly there is a switch the rnconfig.php file.

oh yeah, its already set to true. but i think things have sorted itself out now
