Stand Alone PhPBB...

I was reading with great interest this thread about intergrating PhPBB with Nuke.

Is this a better Mousetrap?

Taking the maintance of the forums out of RN I would think would be a godsend.

As I read through the How To, he sure made it look easy....

There must be something there that my simple mind can not wrap around....

I have friends that are running on PhPBB3 and they think it runs circles around 2. Would this process possibly work with 3?

As to the write-up I have not yet had time to do anything with it. It sounds as if it is working for him but I'm not sure if he has tested all of nuke's functionality. I would be surprised if the theming worked correctly due to how awful nuke's theming system is. His emphasis, it sounds like, is on phpbb. I'm not at all saying there's anything wrong. In fact I hope it is the better mouse-trap. He will be our best authority on it for right now Smile
