Think i just banned myself from Admin Panel....

Here is what i did...
I wanted to change name of the site. I used a Capitol V in Version instead of a lower case so i wanted to change it to match all my other subfolders in FTP. Well i changed frmo Version2 to version2 in my FTP and then changed Version2 to version2 in my Admin Panel on Nuke. Well when i went to click refresh this showed up

Im trying to follow this instruction which i think is what i did to myself

-[A] Use phpMyAdmin and edit the nsnst_blocked_ips table and delete the IP from the table. If you also write to .htaccess, you will need to delete it from .htaccess. If you do not have access to phpMyAdmin, you can download my NukeToolBox and use it.

I logged into myphpadmin and found the nsnst_blocked_ips table but cant seem to locate my IP address..what exactly am i supposed to be deleting? my IP Address or a Table for the IP?

I can get into myphpadmin section...that's no problem...i just cant seem to find where my IP is located on there

OK Disregard....

Help once again....

I deleted my IP Address using myphpadmin...

OK FINE.. i deleted it and was able to log into Admin.php for my site. I logged in and anytime i try to click on something.

I get this all over again...

So then i need to go to myphpadmin and delete the dang IP address all over again. How can i override this so i dont have to keep doing it...I will search and search on here and if i fix it i will post up that its fixed...until then....I'm searching

Just read to delete cookies...seems to work ok so far......
