SQL error what does it mean and how do I fix

O.k. using even more of Raven bandwidth with my dumb questions

I tried to upload the clearchat modual

when I ran teh SQL in myphpadmin I got this error

Anyone tell me how I fix this?

Actually, you may want instead to use SpChat. There has been a lot of discussion on this in the forums here and I believe there may even be links.
