rndb_upgrade.php error

config.php is there and the upgrade.php is in same directory as config.php...however when mysite.com/rndb_upgrade.php is put in the browser the above is the result.....i reuploaded config, the db folder,

mds, you have to leave it in the directory in which it came in, namely the INSTALLATION directory. See the Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! Upgrading page.
