New Install error

Hi, i am completely new to raven after many sites with nuke evo and have done a clean install as per install guide but when i goto homepage/acp all i get is the left side blicks and a white content page?

i turned on error reporting to see the error and it gives me

Warning: Unexpected character in input: ' in /home/skullgam/public_html/blocks/block-Languages.php on line 29

Line in question shows up as

while($func=$langdir->read()) {NUL - seems to go on forever

ok i sorted it somehow by uploading the default block-Languages.php
