Problem with user registeration form.

Hi, i have hebrew ravenNuke, it's manual translation taken from phpnuke hebrew project and mine own.

The only issue i have right now is that if i try to register with hebrew username it gives me an error with "invalid\empty username".

If i write it in english it's ok.

I don't have problem adding admins with hebrew characters.

currently i have many users with hebrew characters in them (taken from phpbb forum), and they don't have problem to login, it's only when creating new user.

Another issue is with NukeSentinel, wtvr admin trys to login to admin panel with hebrew username, it gives him the "Begone" error.

This is a minor issues tho Razz

You can change the characters in your account index.php there is a line I´m sure you ´ll find it search just for invalid there. The Begone message is for admins with not allowed characters. You could change these e.g. directly in the database table nuke_authors.

Could you explain how to change the characters?
the code i have is

I couldn't find any "alloed characters" in nuke_authors.

Yes thats the line I meant in your account. Within this [^a-zA-Z0-9_-] you could add some more. Don´t knwo what you need to add there exactly.

In admin.php you ´ll find the allowed characters.
die('Begone'); is also there.

In nuke-authors you can change the names and remove the not allowed characters this was meant as a quick fix.

Use also the search function here because this problems has been already discussed before.
