Read more link

I have ravennuke 2.20.01, autotheme lite .87 and NSN your account 760.330. I have a couple of issues and am trying to sort them out. Right now the one I am trying to fix is the Read more link for news is taking people to the comments section. I found a similar post in these forums and changed my theme to Traditinal and Fantasy but the Read more link still acted the same way.

The other issues is when you go to your profile tab. The change info, Change home, comments setup & change theme reload the same page. I figured I would tackle one thing at a time though.

That is correct the comments are usually displayed under the full article when you click Read More. Take a look at http://www.ravennuke.com and you will see the same behaviour there.

Hmm, so when doing a news article there is two sections for text. I was under the impression that the second text box is where you fill out more information about the story. That is the part that you can not see when you click read more as there is no comments but the extended text of the news post is not showing.

The extended text box holds the text that his shown when the "read more" link is clicked.

If you can't see this, try a different theme. Usually the themes control this behavior.

Just to extend what Gremmie said, all the themes that come with the Ravennuke distribution work correctly "out of the box" with the read more link. If you are using auto theme something or other there is no guarantee. Try just running standard fisubice and report back what happens.
