I controlled my sitelinks and there is one link wich points to a link called German:
index.php?newlang=german because my site is multilingual default language is German there should be in my opinion a link to:index.php?newlang=english using Google.de

I know this is a dynamically feature and you can block these links.
But I´m afraid this would be not the best idea.
Anyone knows how often are the sitelinks updated ?
Are blocked sitelinks replaced with other links ?

Maybe I use again within the meta the lang attribut.
Had this always in the past years.
Beneed this I ´ve checked other sites too and there are sometimes really strange results. Rolling Eyes
So better check your sitelinks.

I think newlang is only used in the language side block so it makes sense that only multi-lingual sites like yours might get those indexed.

The meta language might help the SE to know which language your site is in but won't stop those 'newlag' links getting crawled.
It shouldn't be much longer before you won't need that block as the site should be intelligent enough to wotk out which language to use based on the visitors IP Wink

Well, I could easily change the word German to something else for e.g. switch to German language but its just wrong in my opion to show this as a sitelink because the site is already in German and at Google.de there should be the English sitelink instead.

I will not block this link because I don´t no the negative results afterthat.

You can safely block it, thats no problem at all.
I do believe you need a minimum of 3 links before they get displayed.

My first 2/3 sitelinks were pretty crappy Razz 2 links to 2 old(er) topics which weren't very relevant and had useless 1 word sitelink titles (although i use Montego's dynamic titles).

It could take 2-3 months before you see a change, at least thats the time after i noticed my sitelinks changed again. My current sitelinks are actually pretty nice;

Website name
- Forums
- Downloads
- FAQ (a custom FAQ page relevant to our site)

I also believe its a good thing to block those 'useless' sitelinks, the algorithm will learn from it, at least thats what i make up from Google's words Wink

All 6 sitelinks are displayed. I will first check google fr and com before I block this sitelink but thanks for your reply. They said the sitelinks shows the structure of a website and really it isn´t bad. I quess I would pay to get my site link from the english site displayed. Maybe my changed meta.php helps if not I will block the link within a short time.
