Meta Tags for articles and content

I have looked at many posts and have implemented some various code changes to help with my tags etc.
The one thing I cannot find a definitive answer or info on is how to add individual meta tags for the individual News Articles and Any Content pages you add?
I have found a meta tags mod that adds metas to the modules which is good, but all the pages I add as either articles and content are under the main News and Content Modules so the main metas for these mods may not suit the content, plus it seems when I have used googles tools and look at reports, as I have a lot of articles and content, the bots see that I have duplicated metas.

Hope thats clear, anyone have any thoughts?

We're working on an update for nukeSEO that will allow you to dynamically create TITLE and META keywords and descriptions - including the ability to override it for specific content.
