For some reason Submit_Downloads isn't working

When folks go to submit a download there are no categories and they cannot proceed:

Can anyone suggest what I should do to remedy this? Thank you.

Nevermind, I deleted everything in the DL module and then re uploaded and ran NSNGD, it seemed to fix my problem.
