We have a testing app that gives out controlled exams to our medical students. Is there a way to restrict a browser from visiting ANY url other than the domain and server of the test?

eg..

https://exam.university.edu/test/

We do not have control of any switches or routers. They are handled at the main university network level.

I would like to do this in code.

Edit: I want to restrict from the root, not to it.

It they open up a browser they cannot go anywhere but the main testing page.

Use a mod_rewrite rule to redirect all requests not to that page to that page
