Need to add links to menu items in custom theme

I have a website and I need to add a couple links to the menu on the top of the page. I can't remember where to go and edit that.

I want to add two more links to that.

It can depend on how your theme is setup. Can you tell us what files you have within the directory for that theme.

I found the code, It is in "theme.php" but when I go to add new section. The sections go to the very top of the page and not inline with the others.
