I see a link on the bottom of this website to htmlvalidator.com.

What is the purpose of such awful thing?
Doesn't the following apps do the job nicely without the need for M$ Windows?

Not to mention IE8 and Opera Dragonfly

A matter of personal preference I guess and quite a lot of people are still using Windows.
