Missing Nuke sentinel admin and failure to write ban IP

Hi,

After installing Nukesentinel 2.6 on my phpnuke8.1, I could not view the Nukesentinel admin module (ie. admin.php&op=ABMain).

Every time I click on the Nukesentinel icon in the admin page, it would just show me the News/arcticle page.

Any idea what's wrong?

Also, I could receive the IP ban emails but the blocked IP refuse to appear in the database table. Any idea why does the write_ban() function fail in the includes/nukesentinel.php fail? Is there a missing commit() or something?

Try reuploading the files again and make sure that all of the .php files are uploaded in ascii mode. It sounds like a file isn't fully uploaded or uploaded in the wrong mode.

I personally tested NukeSentinel with PHP-Nuke 6.5 thru 8.1 so I know that it does work.

Quick note:

Only upload in ascii if your server is running on a window's machine. Otherwise you should always use binary for file transfers.
