When I go to the "Edit Groups" option there is no sign of the default RavenNuke groups just like "Registered Users" or "Visitors". Where can I rename and manage these 2 groups?

You can't, those aren't real groups.

Why is it there then? I want my own groups. Any way to remove them?

That isn't how it works. Groups adds groups for registered users.

Groups is a way to control access to certain modules and blocks and anything else module writers can think off. For example, in GCalendar, you can assign categories to groups. Then only members of certain groups can see certain events on the calendar.

Likewise you can assign members to a group, then assign a module to that group. Then only members of the group can see/use the module.

Does that help?
