One user seems banned

Hi,
I'm running PHP-Nuke version is rn2.10.01 (RavenNuke 2.10.01) and have one user who is an admin and seems to have been banned when he is not.

He keeps getting this message:

This user is an admin, his IP address and, in fact the entire range for his ip, are protected. We cannot find his IP address anywhere in any ban list. I've looked at Nuke Sentinel's banned IP list, banned range list, etc. I've also looked at the forums IP Ban list and he's not there. I've looked at the .htaccess file - not there. I've checked the .staccess file and his username and password are present. I've also checked .ftaccess and done a search of all of the database tables. His IP is not there.

One more thing - A completely different website that I manage - he's also not getting in there. The server addresses and domain names are different. I've had him change his IP address with his provider and he is still unable to access either website.

Do any of you have any idea about how to get this user to be able to access the site again?

Search the forums for "invalid IP" if has been talked about many times.

Yes it has been talked about many times. And I did forget to mention that I had already searched the forums and frankly found nothing that I hadn't already done. I repeat that this is happening to this user on two different websites that are unrelated in any other way and whose IP2C tables are current.

What version of NS are you running?

The version that was packaged with RN 2.10.01 .... that version is 2.5.08.

Another note. I decided to simply disable NukeSentinel and the user is now able to access the site with no problem. The problem does not lie with him. It's obviously in Sentinel but I just can find any reference to his IP that isn't what it should be.

I'm downloading the latest RN now and will simply do a reinstall if needed.

In that case you should definitely upgrade NS.
